I did not even walk out of the store and they said that I can't exchange it I only wanted a different number in the same thing, same brand just because it was on sale. The lady was so rude and she gave us attitude. The policy is very rude. I am very furious and it's a complete waste of money and time. If the company sees this please fix ur brains and fire that employee because she is super disrespectful.
Visited this store On the 15th September whilst on holiday in the states. Purchased a set of MAC makeup brushes at a cost of $42 as a present for my daughter. I was disgusted on my return home to discover box was empty and no brushes and unable to trace a contact number for this store. Really disappointed. Wouldn't even give one star.
Will not go to this store any more!! Bad customer service!
Came to this store with plenty of time to spare tonight. The person that was working was do rude to customers and made us feel rushed. She even took the til out of the register and gave us nasty stares while we looked for products. I witnessed her rudely tell a customer that there were no 50% off sales in this store (there were. There was a sign right behind her). I get it. She was ready to go home but you leave when the store closes. You don't make customers feel like a burden for wanting to spend their money. As I was leaving the outlet, I saw a Nike employee asking a customer if they wanted to come in and held the door open for that customer instead of treating him rudely. Seems like the CCO could use a lesson in customer service from Nike.
the manager in this store is so rude. I tried to call the company's customer service to complain about this. However the customer service is on her side!! I will never waste any time and money in this store!! I hope others should think twice when you try to buy from this store. This store don't deserve any respect! Because the manager never respect customers.They treat customers as thieves not as god.
