I do not know why I even bother with the Westin at this point. Well I do, the Westin in Richmond was so accommodating I thought I would take a stab at another. In D.C. Where I am from.

I will not stay here again and I am looking to cancel all future reservations, including the remainder of my stay. if I wanted a room wth a broken phone, horrible customer service and full f lying staff members, I would've stayed the Red Roof Inn. Atlas I wouldn't have been surprised but the disrespect and horrible customer service.

Though the MGM casino resort was comparatively priced on some nights. The casino still lacked the convienent access to the local shops and amenities.

Im hoping for a better stay if I cant get out of the reservation by morning but so far, I am highly disappointed to say the least. Maybe I should have went back to Richmond.

Nice hotel. Great staff. Cool views of the river. And they love our dog. What else could you want.

I stayed overnight after attending a show at the MGM. My room was clean and the staff was great. We had breakfast before checking out and the food was very good. Would definitely recommend!

Close to Washington DC by cab or Metro. Shuttle services not offered by hotel, but for $5 you can get an all pass day for a local shuttle service.

Great location! Room was just okay. Not as clean as we would have expected, but not bad enough to complain about. The view was of the roof of the building next door. Pool/hot tub were really nice. Staff were okay. Woman at the front desk made us seem like she was doing us a favor letting us stay since we had booked through a third party site.

Update - its is now day 3 of my stay and I am pissed beyond measure. I was told the first night that the restaurant ran out of food, and that I could order in and request a microwave to reheat said food. its day 3 and that EXACTLY what I did! not only did I wait 2 hours to be told no microwave was available but I was also talked down to by Manager Ahmed Hallack. I asked that he personally heat up my food and return it to me just as the Manager in Richmond had when he realized he did not have enough microwaves available to service his guests. I was blatantly denied with no. options to even attempt to appease me - a guest at a 5 star hotel!!

Great hotel. Older than advertised, but located in trendy area with access to casino shopping and dining.

Checking in was not a hassle until I was told self parking is $20 per day but I could not come and go so I would be charged $20 upon every exit. I stopped whining and self parked anyway as I didn't foresee myself leaving my room much, if at all. The 65 degree room was clean but all of the buttons on the phone do not work. you can imagine my hassle trying to order room service. Since the concierge button did seem to work I called there instead. I informed the young man of the phone issue and preceded to ask to be transferred to Daily Services so I may place an order. Now the Westin does offer a late night menu! I was abruptly told there was no food. Not specific items were missing but there was no food at all.
